Prevention Education Committee is made up of local prevention and public health educators committed to informing the community about local resources and education regarding alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.  The committee meets quarterly at Allegany Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse’s Administration and Prevention Department building at 3084 Trapping Brook Road, Wellsville, NY 14895.
